the problem
Multiform had a great product and almost no one knew about it. The page sat at around a hundred followers, the feed didn't give anyone a reason to stop, and short-form video — the one format that actually moves a packaging brand — was effectively zero. A brand people would happily follow was invisible on the platforms where its audience spends its attention.
strategy
We built the whole plan around video. Instead of posting product shots and hoping, we designed a content engine: a repeatable set of formats made to be watched and shared, not just seen. The goal wasn't vanity reach — it was to give Multiform a community it didn't have, with content people genuinely wanted to send to a friend.
execution
We produced always-on short-form video for Instagram Reels and TikTok, tested hooks and formats weekly, and doubled down on whatever earned watch-time and shares. Each post was built to stop the scroll in the first second and carry the brand's tone all the way through — so growth came from the content itself, not paid boosting.
creative process
We treated every reel as a hook first and a product second. Concepts were scripted around a single shareable idea, shot for the feed, and edited tight — captions, pacing and sound chosen for reach. One of those reels broke out to over half a million views and pulled thousands of new, organic followers in behind it.

results
A packaging brand with a community it didn't have before. We grew the page from 100 followers to 6,000+ organic followers, with 500,000+ views on a single reel — built entirely on content people chose to watch and share. Multiform went from invisible to a brand with an audience that actually pays attention.
lessons
For a product brand, video isn't a nice-to-have — it's the growth channel. The win didn't come from spending more; it came from making one idea genuinely worth sharing, then building a repeatable system around the formats that worked.
