meet the team.

Small team, senior in every seat — the strategists, creatives, media buyers and engineers behind the work. One integrated studio in Bahrain & KSA.

8 people behind every project

how the studio works.

Small and senior is a structural choice, not a stage the studio is trying to grow out of. In most agencies the people who win the work and the people who do it are different people, and everything you explain in the first meeting has to survive being relayed to whoever ends up producing it. Here there is no relay: the person who scopes the work is in the room while it is made.

Integrated means the same thing in practice. Strategy, design, engineering and media sit in one team rather than in departments that brief each other, so the positioning decided in week one is still recognisable in the ad, the page and the reporting three months later. Most of what goes wrong in marketing goes wrong in the handoffs — this removes most of them.

The studio works across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, in Arabic and English, with both treated as first languages rather than one translated into the other. That matters more than it sounds: a campaign, a site or a brand that only really works in one of them is doing half its job in a region where the buying conversation moves between the two.

what each seat does.

Eight people, and every project draws on most of them. This is what each discipline contributes rather than who is assigned to what — the mix shifts with the brief.

Strategy

Sets the decisions everything else inherits: who the audience actually is, what position is both true and available, what the message hierarchy needs to be, and how success will be measured before anything is made. Most of this work happens early and quietly, and every later argument about creative traces back to whether it was done properly.

Leadership

Founder involvement is not a pitch device at this size. It means commercial decisions, scope and the honest conversation about whether an engagement is the right fit happen with someone who can actually decide, rather than being taken away and brought back.

Design

Three designers cover the two very different demands a brand makes: the identity systems and considered set-pieces that establish how a business looks, and the sustained production volume that social and campaign work consume. Both matter — a beautiful identity that cannot be executed weekly quietly stops being the brand.

Web & AI engineering

Builds the sites and products, and the less visible half: analytics that can be trusted, tracking that survives a platform update, automation that removes manual handling, and the AI workflows that compress work nobody should be doing by hand.

Operations

Keeps the work shipping. Scheduling, production flow, and the unglamorous discipline that determines whether an always-on content system is still running in month six or quietly stopped in month two.

Business development

The first conversations, scoping, and qualifying honestly in both directions — including saying so when the studio is not the right partner for a brief, which is cheaper for everyone than finding out three months in.

common questions.

Who will I actually work with?

The people who scope the work are the people who do it. At eight, there is no account layer relaying your brief to a production team you never meet, which is the main structural reason small studios can hold intent from the first conversation through to what ships.

How big is the team?

Eight, and most projects draw on the majority of them rather than being handed to one person. The model is deliberately small: senior people in every seat, with the depth spread across strategy, design, engineering, operations and business development.

Do you work in Arabic and English?

Both, as first languages rather than one translated into the other. Brand voice, campaign copy and web systems are built in both directions, which is a different job from translating finished English work — and the difference is visible to any senior Arabic-speaking buyer.

Where are you based?

Bahrain, working across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. Being inside the region rather than servicing it remotely matters for the parts of the work that depend on how buying decisions actually get made here — which is more relationship-led and more consensus-driven than the equivalent conversation elsewhere.
