A consultancy brand that opens enterprise doors.
what we delivered.
- Brand identity system
- Consulting website
- Thought-leadership content
- Sales decks & collateral
the problem
Arboura was built on the belief that true transformation demands structure and proficiency. The brand needed to read that way too — and earn the right to be in the room with serious enterprises.
Enterprise transformation work is bought by committee, and the committee is looking for reasons to say no. Procurement wants evidence of process, the sponsor wants confidence they will not be embarrassed, and everyone in the room has seen a deck that promised change and delivered slides. A consultancy that looks like every other consultancy gets filtered out before the conversation about capability ever starts.
strategy
Position Arboura as the structured, credible partner enterprises hire for transformation. Make every artefact — site, deck, content — reinforce expertise instead of explaining it.
So the brief was not to look impressive — it was to look inevitable. Expertise that has to announce itself reads as insecure; expertise that is simply evident in how a firm structures a page, sequences a deck and writes a paragraph does the persuading quietly. Every artefact had to carry the same discipline Arboura sells.
execution
Brand identity system, a consulting-grade website, an editorial layer of thought-leadership content, and modular sales decks & collateral the team can deploy in a pitch.
The identity system was built to hold up in low-ceremony formats — a proposal PDF, a shared screen, a printed leave-behind — because that is where enterprise decisions actually get made. The website was structured around the questions a transformation sponsor asks in order, and the deck system was modularised so the team can assemble a tailored pitch without rebuilding it each time or drifting off-brand.
creative process
We started from the artefacts rather than the logo. Before any identity work, we mapped what Arboura actually sends into a room — proposals, capability decks, frameworks, follow-up notes — and designed the system to make those specific objects feel considered. The visual language is restrained on purpose: generous space, a tight typographic hierarchy, diagrams that carry real structure rather than decorative process arrows. Thought-leadership content was written to demonstrate the thinking, not summarise it.
result
A consultancy brand that opens enterprise doors and reads as a peer at the table from the first interaction. Four enterprise clients signed after the repositioning.
lessons
In consulting, the collateral is the credential. Buyers cannot assess your thinking before they hire you, so they assess the only evidence available — how carefully you built the thing in front of them. Design the proposal with the same rigour as the engagement and the brand argument makes itself.
